Speak to Lead is a deeply intimate and intentional workshop experience, limited to just six participants, taking place from 25th to 30th May 2026.
This gathering has been carefully created for those who feel called to deepen their confidence, strengthen their voice, and share their message with greater clarity, power, and purpose. Over the course of the week, we will connect, support one another, and create meaningful shifts — both personally and professionally.
Because of the close proximity of the retreat venue to our own home, this experience carries a very personal touch. One evening, as outlined in the itinerary, you will be welcomed into our home for a truly special experience. Together, we will take part in a sound bath within our meditation space on the hill, followed by a relaxed and nourishing evening barbecue shared as a group.
This retreat is a holistic experience for mind, body, and spirit. You will enjoy gentle Qigong session one evening at your accommodation, offering space to unwind, integrate, and reconnect with yourself. Our final evening will conclude with an elegant beachside meal — white linen, glassware, beautiful food, and the sea as our backdrop — a fitting close to a powerful week together.
You will be staying in luxurious accommodation with exclusive use of the retreat space, supported by a professional team, including a private chef and the inspirational presence of Mike Stevenson, widely recognised for his work as a motivational and inspirational speaker.
Jim and I will also be fully present throughout the week, bringing our combined knowledge, lived experience, care, and guidance to support you in your growth and transformation.
